What was the name of the Doctor Who episode where he was pitted against Hitler and neo-Nazis?

It was one of the classic episodes. He revealed that Hitler was really an alien being and the setting was Earth. I have checked the website, but can not remember which doctor. Thanks for the insight, hopefully someone else will remember this episode. I was a teenager when it aired (late 80’s to early 90’s).

There was a Doctor Who novel featuring the 7th Doctor called “Timewyrm: Exodus” that had Hitler in it, maybe that’s what you’re thinking of? The Timewyrm tried to possess Hitler’s mind to manipulate humans, but Hitler’s mind was so powerful that he started to access the Timewyrm’s powers himself.
