[antique Crystal Lamps]

does anyone know what these are?
I have a lamp. It’s covered in long crystals. And hand painted. I bought it at an antique shop a few years ago for $400. It is hand painted and signed B. HART. Who is B. Hart?
I also have a 60 year old last rites wooden crusifix (spelled wrong) from Jeweled Crosses Company inc. It has a solid christ on it , Looks gold But I don’t know if it is.
